Healthy people make organizations stronger.

Centrum voor Stressmanagement helps organizations recognize stress, overload, and absenteeism earlier and address them sustainably. In doing so, we look not only at the employee, but also at the work environment, leadership, and the organization as a whole.

Our approach combines specialist knowledge with practical experience. We provide insight into what is happening, advise on appropriate next steps, and guide organizations in realizing lasting change.

Personal and professional

Behind figures on stress and absenteeism are people. That is why we do not believe in standard solutions, but in an approach that fits both the organization and the people who work there.

We provide support with, among other things:

  • prevention of stress and burnout
  • reducing absenteeism;
  • stress assessments and analyses;
  • coaching and guidance;
  • training of employees and managers;
  • developing a healthier and resilient organization.

Diana de Koning and her team combine years of experience with up-to-date knowledge in the fields of stress, behavior, leadership, and organizational development.

Our goal is clear: ensuring that people can continue to perform healthily and organizations can act sooner when pressure mounts.
