You want to know what we do with your data – and especially what we do not do. That is why we explain it clearly below: in plain language, with details where necessary.

In brief

  • We only process data that is necessary for the service you choose.

2. What data do we process

This depends on how you use the website and which service you choose. We may, for example, process:

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number
  • Organization details such as company name and job title (if provided)
  • Information you share yourself via forms or an intake
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser information (for the operation and improvement of the website)

In plain language: you only provide data that is necessary to assist you – nothing more.

5. Measurements and reporting

You want to be certain about what is measured, why, and who receives access to what. That is why we explain this with extra clarity.

5.1 Stress Scan

Purpose

The Stress Scan is intended to provide insight into stress drivers and determine direction for subsequent steps.

What you can expect

  • You receive an overview of insights and actionable focal points.
  • We coordinate the format and level of the reporting.

No diagnosis or label. No data intended to evaluate individuals.

5.2 Brain Wellness (EEG and eye tracking)

Purpose

Brain Wellness is intended to measurably monitor stress experience during a program, ensuring you can see whether the approach genuinely reduces strain and allowing for adjustments.

Measurement moments

No medical diagnostics. No "score" used to rank individuals.

5.3 Reporting – patterns vs individuals

We work with clear agreements regarding reporting:

  • What you see as a participant
  • What an organization sees
  • At what level insights are shared (for example, aggregated)

You do not need to worry that a measurement will suddenly become an assessment tool.

5.4 Discretion for executive management and board

For executive and board programs, extra discretion applies. We establish agreements in advance concerning:

  • Access to information
  • Form of reporting
  • Communication and retention periods
