Leading under prolonged pressure places high demands on attention, recovery, and decision-making. You may still function effectively, even as concentrating requires greater effort, recovery falls behind, or tension becomes increasingly difficult to release.

Brain Wellness 1-on-1 combines personal guidance with supplementary EEG and eye-tracking measurements. This provides deeper insight into how cognitive load, attention, and focus develop throughout the program.

Who is Brain Wellness 1-on-1 intended for?

The program is designed for leaders, board members, and executives who carry substantial responsibility and wish to work more purposefully on their performance under pressure.

Brain Wellness may be particularly suitable when:

  • you operate under sustained high pressure;
  • switching off and recovering are becoming increasingly difficult;
  • focus or decision-making are under strain;
  • you wish to combine objective insight with personal guidance;
  • you want to track measurable changes throughout the program.

What is measured?

EEG and eye-tracking technology are used to gather supplementary data on attention, sensory processing, focus, and cognitive load, among other indicators.

These measurements serve to support insight and guidance. Brain Wellness does not provide medical diagnoses and is not intended to evaluate performance.

Three assessment points

Baseline assessment

At the start of the program, your baseline is established. The results help identify personal areas of focus.

Mid-term assessment

Halfway through, we review which changes are visible and determine whether adjustments to the guidance are advisable.

Final assessment

At the conclusion of the program, results are evaluated once more and compared against earlier measurements, providing clear insight into your development over time.

From measurement to personal guidance

The measurements do not stand alone. Between assessment points, you work closely with your advisor on the themes most relevant to you.

These may include:

  • managing prolonged strain;
  • protecting focus and attention;
  • setting boundaries and managing availability;
  • organising recovery more effectively;
  • decision-making and strategic choices under pressure.

What can you expect?

Personal interpretation

Results are explained in accessible terms and directly linked to your specific situation.

Insight into progress

Multiple measurement points provide a clear picture of progress and changes throughout the trajectory.

Actionable focus areas

Together, you determine which changes are most essential and how to apply them practically within your day-to-day work.

Sustainable follow-up advice

At the conclusion, we discuss how best to sustain the achieved progress, even during demanding periods.

Personal and confidential

All results are strictly confidential. Clear agreements regarding data usage, access to results, and potential reporting are established in advance.

When an organisation facilitates the program, clear agreements are likewise made beforehand regarding what information remains strictly private and what, if anything, may be shared on a high level.

Is Brain Wellness 1-on-1 right for you?

During a brief intake session, we discuss your current situation, your objectives, and whether Brain Wellness offers the right approach for you.

Does the challenge involve not just you individually, but a leadership team or executive board? In that case, Brain Wellness Board or Brain Wellness Team may be more appropriate.
